• Payment Terms
  Fifty percent (50%) upon confirmation of reservation
  Balance by no later than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of trip
• We reserve the right to cancel a tour up to 3 weeks prior to the departure date should there not be sufficient interest. In this case, a full refund (including deposit) will be paid to you.
• Cancellation Policy:
  If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform us immediately via e-mail or fax and we will confirm the cancellation. The following cancellation fees will be applicable.
  4 - 6 weeks prior to the trip - 50 % of the deposit
  3 - 4 weeks prior to the trip - 100 % of the deposit
  2 - 3 weeks prior to the trip - 75 % of the tour cost
  1 - 2 weeks prior to the trip - 100 % of the tour cost
  You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance at an early stage to cover you in event of cancellation.
• What is included in your tour fee
  All accommodation as per the tour schedule, all meals, non-alcoholic drinks, ground transportation, internal flights, tour guide services, park entrance fees, local guide fees as well as a complete bird list at the end of the tour.
• What is not included
  Travel insurance, passport and visa costs, vaccinations and medication, telephone calls, laundry, alcoholic drinks, tips and items of a personal nature.
• Passports and Visas
  Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months past the ending date of the tour.
• Vaccinations and Health
  Please ensure that you receive all relevant vaccinations required by the countries you will be visiting and take malaria prevention tablets if deemed necessary. We can assist you in determining which vaccinations are necessary but the responsibility remains with you to ensure that they have been administered.
  Please notify us of any serious medical conditions or any special health requirements when making your booking.
