Tour Leader
Tour leader, Errol de Beer grew up on a farm in the North West Province of South Africa where he started birding at a very early age. He has travelled extensively throughout Southern Africa and has an intimate knowledge of the whole sub region and its birds. During his 20+ years birdwatching he has been to all corners of the sub continent in search of elusive birds. He has participated in many wildlife and community related projects, his excellent knowledge on all aspects of nature and easy mannerism makes him an excellent guide for all occasions.

Other Guides
Various local guides may be used from time to time for their impeccable knowledge of their various home patches, and with larger groups of more than 4 clients a second guide will accompany the trip. In certain cases where we feel that certain areas are better covered by other tour operators, we will gladly refer you to them and assist with bookings and recommendations, thereby ensuring that you get the best value for your money i.e. pelagic trips and certain areas where there are specialist local tour operators.
